What is Nicegram?

01Who owns the Telegram account?
Work accounts are attached to the organization. Employees receive delegated access based on role. If someone leaves, the organization can revoke access while keeping the account, chats and business context.
02Is this an official Telegram product?
Nicegram is an independent Telegram ecosystem product. Business OS is designed as a consent-based organizational layer for teams that already use Telegram for work. We are building it to be Telegram-friendly, focused on managed business accounts, not personal surveillance or rule bypass.
03What happens when someone leaves?
Revoke their seat in one action. They lose access immediately. Inventory and history stay with the org.
04Do you read employee DMs?
No. Audit covers access and delegation. AI features run on managed accounts with explicit business purpose, not covert surveillance.
05Which AI models and agents do you support?
Nicegram is model-agnostic. Attach OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or your own custom agent over MCP. Nicegram provides the secure, company-owned Telegram context layer they run on.
06Can AI agents act without approval?
Only if you allow it. Every workflow has an approval mode: human approval, auto-draft, or auto-execute for trusted workflows. The default is human-in-the-loop, and every agent action is logged.
07When is early access?

08How will pricing work?
Seat-based pricing per managed work account. Waitlist members get early partner terms before general availability.
